SERVICE FROM POPULAR
Dear Friends, Before you choose Popular when you plan to buy Maruti Vehicle be assured that they have a good service center in your locality and please don't carried away by the offers and flattering words of showroom persons. Also friends do check in the consumer compliant forum and other related customer network for checking if their service center in your locality is worth relying upon. And the complaints of customers of Popular will be uploaded with proof for your awareness in consumer complaints forum soon. Anyway my humble request to the Persons from Thrissur is that Popular Vehicles And Services Ltd is not a good choice for purchasing and servicing of your vehicle for which i have the worst experience. Please do be convinced with the quality of their service center before you land up with an relationship with Popular out in Thrissur. Look before you leap....

Customer Experience
I recently purchased SX4 Zxi (Dec 2011). It was welcome experience @ velachery branch. The Sales Exececutive Mr. Boopathy was examplary in his job, if not for his entusiasm i would have moved on to be a NiSSAN Sunny owner. Mr Natraj(Asst Sales Mgr) was patient and My first experience to fit MGA, Service @ Anna Nagar by Mr Arun was equally good. Appreciate all the good work by the dediated set of staff at Popular. Smiles!

Letter of appreciation
From the date of purchase of my car I use to give my car for servicing only at Popular Service Centre, Killipalam, Trivandrum, Kerala, as it is the only one I rely upon. I am very much impressed by the dedicated service of Popular Service Centre (Body Shop), Karamana, which I could realise yesterday. Yesterday, my colleague's car met with a minor accident when a lorry had hit it. For compensation from the lorry, we wanted to get an estimate of the damage repair cost. When he consulted me, I suggested to call the Killipalam service centre, as that may be the only one remaining open after 7 pm. We called Mr. Ramesh (Customer Care Manager) to arrange for estimating the damage repair cost, who had sent Mr. Anil and his associate at the accident site. I was surprised to see that the two staffs were there with us till our settlement with the lorry person was over, which went on over 3 hours. Even we got tired for constantly negotiating with the party, but the POPULAR Service Centre staffs were still calm, listening to us passionately. This kind of service is beyond expectation, and highly appreciable. I would really like to thank Mr. Ramesh, Anil & his colleague for their support at the time. Hope to receive the same service for ever from you.

Hi It may please be noted that I had purchased the following cars and got it serviced from the M/s Popular Vehicle & Service Ltd at Trivandrum during the said tenure mentioned below:- ALTO LX – KL 01 AG 4772 - 2005 – 2007 SX4 ZXi – KL 01 AT 1118 - 2008 – 2011 I would like to mention that I had a very good experience from your sales and service division during the above mentioned period. I would like to thank the sales personnel , the service engineers/advisers , the front office staff and all other officials including the security staff who had rendered a very professional service . I would like to mention specifically that I had used other brand cars and I always could feel that the services of M/s Popular Automobiles is the BEST. Even at 8 pm I was able to see that the service advisers and engineers are on the toes to fulfill their commitment as to ensure the dedicated and professional delivery of serviced vehicles. I would also like to mention the name of Mr. John Victor , Service Advisor in this regard. I appreciate the initiative of your organisation to close all the issues at the level of customer care manager itself . In other car brands service divisions , I have found that the matters are always escalated to GM Sales / service level and with no effective and speedy solutions . Regret to say that their top management also takes unacceptable delay to get back to their customers. The prompt response from your 24X7 help line has also given me confidence to reach for Maruthi help always when needed I, once again would like to appreciate and thank , each and every individual of your organisation at Trivandrum for the professional and commendable services rendered by them and also request to keep up the such quality work in future. Here with I wish to share an experience of Getting an Alto exite logo for my car which need to be replace after an accident. 1. Indus motors- For the past one month and more they are repeatedlt replying that the order could notbe placed due to unavailability of part number. 2. Maruti Suzuki Ltd - Made a call through your trivandrum regional office and assured of arranging the same .But even after various reminders no ation taken for the past three weeks. Later I sent an enquiry mail to Popular Automobiles Trivandrum. Immediately I had a call from Mr.Sujay -Works manager informing me that the product has been ordered and will be delivered in a couple of days. Frankly speaking I had no belief about the same due to the past experience i had through the above sources. But when i received a call that the spare has arrived I was really surprised. i had the work done and I have your proud Exite logo on my car. It will not be fair on my side if I do not appreciate the hospitality and effort rendered to me by Mr.SUJAY -WORKS MANAGER TRIVANDRUM. Mr.Sujay keep up the good work. you are a great example to others.You have proved that it is not a matter of money , but customer is your asset. HATS OFF TO YOU AND YOUR TEAM.
