What should i do if my maruti car met with an accident? what response i should get from popular regarding this.? will my car get repaied by popular if there is full insurance.

Here with I wish to share an experience of Getting an Alto exite logo for my car which need to be replace after an accident. 1. Indus motors- For the past one month and more they are repeatedlt replying that the order could notbe placed due to unavailability of part number. 2. Maruti Suzuki Ltd - Made a call through your trivandrum regional office and assured of arranging the same .But even after various reminders no ation taken for the past three weeks. Later I sent an enquiry mail to Popular Automobiles Trivandrum. Immediately I had a call from Mr.Sujay -Works manager informing me that the product has been ordered and will be delivered in a couple of days. Frankly speaking I had no belief about the same due to the past experience i had through the above sources. But when i received a call that the spare has arrived I was really surprised. i had the work done and I have your proud Exite logo on my car. It will not be fair on my side if I do not appreciate the hospitality and effort rendered to me by Mr.SUJAY -WORKS MANAGER TRIVANDRUM. Mr.Sujay keep up the good work. you are a great example to others.You have proved that it is not a matter of money , but customer is your asset. HATS OFF TO YOU AND YOUR TEAM. Amazing experiance
We placed a Booking with Popular on the committment of your sales agent SUJIT for for WAGON R VXI M (glistening grey) vide receipt no # 8475 dated 22/May/2010.== Mamangalam. and have been assured delivery in 15 days with later extended to 25 days and ironically even after repeat calling to the people mentioned below have no answers to the status of the delivery . people spoken with Sujit = sales = muvattupuzha Roopesh = branch manager = muvatupuzha // Rajeev = Branch incharge = mamangalam // Riju = Sales manager for all sites // If such is the committment and the Co-operation of your team to your customers NOT far is the day when you would have to close business // On a personal NOTE would ensure blogging on all websites to ensure that other customers would not go through this desperation // We approved of the order from you based on your committment of early delivery // LEAST of ALL NONE YOU DO NOT EVEN ANSWER PHONE CALLs for enquiry// An excellent way to do Bussiness is to not even answer Phone calls if we cannot answer any queries // The saddest of people and bussiness GROUP I have personally Come across in the industry // The irony is that you do not followup with your committments is only one side of the story. Letter of Appreciation
We were a group of Software Professionals from Hyderabad, on a brief sojourn to Trivendrum, enrooted to Hyderabad. Our Maruti Swift Dezire met with a technical snag and we were held up at Kothamangalam by late sunset hours. Though it was almost close of business hours the Manager Services of Popular Vehicles & Services Ltd, Kothamangalam (Authorized agents of MARUTI SUZUKI) at Kothamangalam , Mr. Reghula K.N. jumped into the fray at our behest with all his technocrats, who are about to leave for the day, and took lots of pain in fixing up our vehicle. His and his team commitment to work in unparalleled and we were amazed by energy levels and zeal to serve the customers. Our sincere thanks goes to Mr. Reghula K.N. and his team who saw us through the thick and thin of our trip to Kerala.
